Here at the Swift Agency, still one guy who thought he was never ever getting back his money, we’re glad to report we’ve finally been refunded our money from Crapital Letdown through our credit card company. It just took unbearably long and required a lot of calls with customer service. A hassle. See? Tay is not impressed either.

So if you are still waiting, please take a few minutes call your credit card company’s help line and get a case opened if you haven’t already. Every other fan I heard from got their money back a month ago… I guess I was the last on the list.

The  2012 MTV EMA takes place on November 11 and will be broadcast live on MTV channels worldwide at 9pm Central European Time. You can vote for Taylor here.
