Nickelodeon has announced the nominations for the 2010 Kids Choice Awards.

Taylor Swift has been nominated in the Favorite Female Singer and Favorite Song categories, as reported by the Examiner. Her pal Miley Cyrus has the most nominations, going up against the Fearless One for both categories. Miley is also nominated for Favorite TV Actress.

For Favorite Song, Taylor’s You Belong With Me will go against’s Lady Gaga’s Paparazzi, Black Eyed Peas’ I Gotta Feeling and Miley Cyrus’ Party In The U.S.A. according to AceShowbiz. In the Favorite Female Singer category she’s up against Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga and Beyonce.

The 2010 Kids Choice Awards airs live on Nickelodeon on Saturday, March 27.  Taylor has a concert the same night in Detroit, Michigan so if she wins, she’s likely to accept via satellite. Or perhaps Kellie Pickler and Abigail will pull up another surprise sign.

Meanwhile Swifty’s last concert in Adelaide, South Australia has received praise for being “a visual and aural spectacular.” Taylor herself was complimented for having “humility, humour and a real desire to interact with her fans.” You can read the article yourself in The Independent Weekly. There’s also another review in Adelaide Now that proclaims her “charisma and innocence was mesmerizing”. They do add a comment saying that “for the majority of Swift’s show it was clear that this is a musical talent who is only at the beginning of her career.” I guess that can be taken either way.

The Fearless one is in Tokyo, Japan. She has a concert scheduled on February 17. The night before, she’s nominated for International Breakthrough Act on the Brits 2010.
