On April 19, the night after the ACM Awards, Taylor Swift was back on stage singing at the Brooks and Dunn: The Last Rodeo on that was being recorded to air May 23 on CBS. Taylor introduced the multi-award winning duo in a sexy backless dress. Read the original article and more pictures at Zimbio. We here at the Swift Agency (who are really one guy who thinks we should be retiring that joke already) are completely impartial but think Taylor looks good in anything.

“Twenty years,” said the Fearless 20-year-old, “to me that’s like a lifetime.”

Tay told the anecdote of touring with the duo and being called to their dressing room. She attended, fearing she’d made some sort of mistake. But when she got there, Ronnie just wanted to show off his own imitation of Taylor’s trademark hair flip. Actually, back then it was more of a toss.

“You have no idea how important that moment is because in 20 years that’s the first time I’ve ever seen him mess his hair up,” Kix Brooks told Taylor according to Just Jared Jr.

Taylor changed to a purple sequined mini dress to sing their hit song Ain’t Nothing ‘Bout You.

According to HitFix.com, the trend continued as every other country artist Keith Urban,  Faith Hill, Kenny Chesney, Reba McEntire, Miranda Lambert. Sugarland and Brad Paisley had a funny anecdote or joke to pull on the duo.

But if you want the best one of the night, it has to be the incomparable Faith Hill. She talked about the night she found an eel in her bed. After her performance, two waiters delivered takeout to the honored country duo. Yes, she send them eel. You can read the story from Associated Press via Nj.com.

The special will air on CBS on May 23.

If you’re really curious here’s the old blog where Taylor includes Ronnie’s interpretation of her hair flip/toss. Also included, the infamous Kiss prank on Keith Urban. See, the Video section does come in handy sometimes.

The next stop in Taylor Swift’s Fearless Tour is in Lexington, Kentucky on April 29.

Remember to vote for Taylor! Yes, we get to vote for Taylor again! She’s in the first round for nominations from:
