The Grand Ole Opry, a country music landmark, was not spared from the fate of the rest of Tennessee. It has been flooded to the point you can barely see the floor of the stage.

The shows for this week will be moved to other venues.

The entire state of Tennessee is in a state of high alert as heavy rains keep a lot of the region under water.

The Nashville City Paper is reporting on the volunteer spirit and letting you know how you can help. Donations are accepted through the local Nashville Red Cross. You can also volunteer if you’re in the area.

The Taylor Nation’s thoughts and prayers go to the people of Tennessee.
