Tour Talk: Omaha, NE at Qwest Center and Arlington, TX at Cowboys Stadium for presale on February 22!

Hello Taylor Nation! We hear the Outspoken One and The Agency are in Manila, Philippines. They’re due to perform tomorrow at Araneta Coliseum. If you are in the area and still don’t have tickets, there will be some available at the gates according to the Manila Bulletin.

Ticketmaster.com has included two (actually three) more concert dates:

• Omaha, NE at Qwest Center – May 27 and 28. The two dates will have both the American Express and the TaylorSwift.com presale will happen on February 22. The venue will hold a presale on February 24. The general on sale will happen on February 25.
• Arlington, TX at Cowboys Stadium – October 8. This date will have an American Express presale on February 20 and the TaylorSwift.com presale on February 22. There’s an additional presale marked as ‘Cowboys’ (probably season ticket holders) for February 24. The general on sale will happen on February 25.

At this point it’s not a stretch to guess that any other concert dates which general on sale matches February 25 will also have the TaylorSwift.com presale on February 22.

That would be the case of these two other dates:

• Buffalo, New York – June 21 will go for sale on February 25 as confirmed via a press release according to WIDV.com. The venue is the HSBC Arena. Tickets are priced at $72, $62 and $27.50, which includes a $2.50 facility fee, and will be available at the HSBC Arena Box Office, online at www.tickets.com or charge by phone at 888-223-6000. A random handbill policy is in effect. Presales have not been announced, but it will probably match Omaha and Arlington. Realize the ticket sales for this event are not handled by Ticketmaster.
• Tacoma, Washington – September 7 has only been announced in TaylorSwift.com with a general on sale for February 25. However, a private promo page for American Express in Ticketmaster.com announces its presale and Omaha’s on February 22 so this will show up in the publicly available search for Ticketmaster.com soon.

On other ticket news:

• Knoxville, Tennessee – July 1st was announced by Ticketmaster as available in a Partner Site. This site was http://www.knoxvilletickets.com. The event is sold out.
• Hartford, Connecticut – June 22 went for general on sale today. The Hartford Courant announces it was sold out in less than an hour.

So what are the concert dates that we have yet to hear of? Not a lot, actually: Indianapolis, Cleveland, Chicago, Denver, Salt Lake City and Little Rock. That’s not a lot… expect most (if not all) to join the presale on February 22. Actually, chances are high all of them are about to go for sale so I’d keep my ears open. Don’t worry, I’ll be sure to blog about them too 🙂

Update! A local radio station in Indianapolis is announcing the sale for next Friday, February 25 which would put Indianapolis, IN – July 29 in the same batch of concert dates.

For the Swifties that dodged the last entry to avoid the inside view into the concert I made up the term Taylorgeeks to refer to all of us Swifties that research even the more minuscule detail of Taylor Swift and The Agency. It’s not that we love her more, it’s just the more we know the more we want to know. I know that not everyone is interested in the name of Elizabeth Huett‘s dog (it’s Bam Bam) so think of us as of a sub-group.
