Inside Speak Now… Help Now! The last dress rehearsal opened for tornado relief

Note: The following post discusses what went on inside the dress rehearsal and fundraiser Speak Now… Help Now! This is definitely a lot of what you will be seeing on tour at your city. Please avoid if you prefer to be surprised at your concert!

Please remember the goal of opening this rehearsal was for charity. You can donate to the Red Cross by going to redcross.org.

Here at the Swift Agency, still one guy who really…. who really doesn’t know how to begin.

Let me cast away any delusions that you might have had about finally having all your questions answered. You won’t. As a matter of fact, I guarantee you’re going to end up with a ton more questions that you had.

Is the stage different? Yes. How different? Well, if the original conceived stage was a rocket ship, the new one is the entire Star Wars saga. It’s huge. It has a lot of moving parts. There is a balcony that hangs from the ceiling, as well as a tree. There’s a gazebo, a giant bell, a porch that comes out of nowhere, a huge curving staircase that belongs in a castle… I’m not sure what half of these things do yet.

The balcony is for Love Story. The gazebo seems to be a permanent part of the stage. The porch is used for Our Song as well as Mean. Yes, Taylor did brought back some past songs and added a couple new ones from Speak Now.

Here is the playlist according to @TSwiftOnTour:

(Source: TaylorPictures.net)
  1. Sparks Fly
  2. Mine
  3. The Story of Us
  4. Our Song
  5. Mean
  6. Back to December / Apologize / You’re Not Sorry
  7. Better Than Revenge
  8. Speak Now
  9. Fearless / I’m Yours / Hey Soul Sister
  10. Last Kiss
  11. You Belong with Me
  12. Dear John
  13. Enchanted
  14. Haunted
  15. Long Live
  16. Fifteen (encore)
  17. Love Story (encore)

Realize this is a draft and not the final list. I’d love to see Tim McGraw there, but I am ecstatic with the possibility of hearing Last Kiss and Haunted live.

There’s a new dance crew for this one. Coming back are Charity Baroni and Claire Callaway. They are joined by Kerri Wee and Marlyn Ortiz. On the boys team, we have Dominique Kelley, Fer Miro and Justin Boulet. I have a feeling there are more dancers than that but I can’t say at this point. Apparently what some of them do is aerial acrobatics. Like hanging from wires from the ceiling.

Here’s a clip from the livestream broadcast through Ustream:

  1. I missed the stream :(. I watched clips of the songs on Yout ube.

During her song, “Speak Now”, I noticed something was written down her left arm. Do you think you could find out what was written on her arm? Not sure if anyone else that attended the concert got a better look.

  2. It said “You’ve got every right to a beautiful life” 🙂 From Selena Gomez’ song, “Who Says”
