Shania Twain and Taylor Swift play ‘Thelma and Louise’ for the CMT Awards

Hello, Taylor Nation! The CMT Music Awards are on Wednesday night! Voting is closing in a few hours… go add your vote. Chances are it will be closed by the time you read this.

The big news, well it’s big for us here at the Swift Agency, one guy who’s fan of both Shania Twain and Taylor Swift, is that they both participated in a little video skit filmed yesterday, June 6 at Thompson Station in Nashville. They will play a little scene inspired from the movie Thelma and Louise along with Nashville native Chord Overstreet. The clip will play during the CMT Awards. Shania Twain is one of Taylor’s most inspirational idols. To work with her, must be a dream come true for the Sparkly Dressed, even if the priority is to have a little fun…

Can’t wait to see the clip! Taylor has a show on June 8 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin but Shania will be on hand to present an award at the 2011 CMT Music Awards.
