Due to doctor’s orders, the Outspoken One will need to rest throughout this weekend. That means that the concerts on July 8 in Charlotte, North Carolina and July 9 and 10 in Atlanta, Georgia will have to be rescheduled the same way that Louisville did. She has bronchitis. The official announcement is on Taylor Connect.
According to Taste of Country, the Enchantress is healing back quickly but her doctor recommends she shouldn’t go back to performing just yet.
“It breaks my heart to miss out on this weekend’s shows with my friends in Charlotte and Atlanta,” said the Sparkly Dressed in a statement sent through her representative about the cancellation. “I would never cancel if I thought I was physically able to perform these shows. I am so sorry to the fans, but I look forward to seeing you when we come back through your towns, which we will do.”
These are the new dates:
- Charlotte, North Carolina’s concert will take place on November 16.
- Atlanta, Georgia’s concerts will take place on October 1 and 2.
Taylor will restart her tour with her scheduled next stop: Canada. Specifically, Montréal, Québec on July 14. That’s my city and my concert. I hope to see her there, but most important than that I hope she’s back to full health soon.
