Taylor Nation, have you seen the Ours music video yet?

Billboard presented the award for Woman of the Year to Taylor Swift during its Women in Music event at Capitole in New York City.

Here at the Swift Agency, one guy who’s actually a bit better informed that people think, we always appreciate when someone else recognizes the Sparkly Dressed’s talent. However, it’s never been critical for Taylor to win awards. I enjoy it immensely, but I believe the Fearless One never really loses. For me, it’s a matter of either recognized or unrecognized talent.

In her interview with Billboard, the Enchantress disclosed where she considers herself to be in the scale between a girl and womanhood:

“Growing up in this position, making music, writing songs and having everyone hear what I’m going through since I was about 16 years old, now I’m 21 about to be 22,” said the Outspoken One. “I wouldn’t have had it any other way. On a scale of being a girl or teenager or woman, I never tried to be the one to label myself which of those three I was. I’ve just tried to grow up in the most natural and gradual process that I possibly can and make choices I feel are right for me and my fans. Whether I’m a woman now, or whatever, is up to my fans to decide, not for me. I really haven’t felt the need to make some bold statement of maturity or make the “dark” record yet.”

There’s another article that might interest every Swiftie, Taylorgeek and Taylor fan out there. In a separate interview, also with Billboard, Taylor spoke about her upcoming fourth studio album, which remains nameless. She’s got 25 songs lined up that might make the final cut. This album most likely involves some co-writers.

“I’ve had two co-writes, and I’ve written the rest of it by myself,” T-Swizzle explains. “Co-writing is so much fun when you have time to schedule it in, but for me, usually songs hit me in the middle of the night and I end up writing it before dawn, so there’s no time to call somebody. When there is time and you can get in a room and talk it out and work it out with somebody, it’s like the coolest form of therapy.”

  1. I’ve noticed a lot of Swifties are upset over Taylor’s new hair cut. I think she looked great at the Billboard luncheon. I doubt she’s getting rid of her curls but some people are really upset. Whatever Taylor does with her hair I’ll still be a fan.

I hope everyone is voting often on the People’s Choice voting. Only four days left including today. I just hit 75,000 votes. Only 25,000 left to reach my target, 100,000.
