The Sparkly Dressed meeting fans, Billboard’s Power 100 and Long Live with Paula Fernandes

(Source: sweeterintennessee.tumblr.com)

Hello Taylor Nation!

The Blonde With The Sparkly Guitar has been enchanted to meet a few fans lately! First, there was Phoebe‘s story. You can read it on her own post Meeting Taylor Swift at Portobello Road in London, UK. Now you can also read Leslie‘s story How I met Taylor Swift in Ventura, California.

Here at the Swift Agency, one guy who would actually had put the Outspoken One in a higher spot, are happy that Billboard recognized Taylor in their Power 100 list. The Queen of Sparks has her own management company, 13 Management. She’s a recognized singer and songwriter of top hit songs. She also has deals with Target, Covergirl (sponsor of the Speak Now Tour), the Wonderstruck fragrance with Elizabeth Arden, Sony Electronics, Walmart, the National Hockey League and she has her own doll. Read Billboard for the original story.

May we add she also has so much influence that when she mentions she likes a song and/or artist, it tends to boost up their popularity?

In order to promote an approved re-recorded version of “Long Live” in Brazil, a new video has been released with the duet of Brazilian singer Paula Fernandes singing with Taylor Swift. You can read the original story at paulafernandes.com.br.

Update: Thanks to @marrieta65, here’s a clip with better video AND sound quality:

There’s others but this is the only one from CBS that doesn’t have a regional lock. I hate those things.

Update! Someone put them up. Don’t expect these to remain available for long.

Taylor Swift and Zac Efron to appear on Ellen in February to promote The Lorax

(Source: Universal Pictures)

Hello Lorax fans!

The Blonde With The Sparkly Guitar will be joined by Zac Efron to appear on The Ellen Degeneres Show, according to the MSN blog TV Buzz. They will be promoting their upcoming animated project, The Lorax. Taylor Swift plays Audrey while Zac Efron plays Ted. Danny DeVito plays the Lorax. Their appearance is scheduled for Tuesday, February 21. You will have to check TV listings closer to the date. Ellen’s site only has guests announced up to next week. We’ll pencil it in on the Calendar.

Here at the Swift Agency, one guy who knows he will get asked about this, don’t think they’re dating. Because they are not? Yes, they were seen out to dinner once. No, that is not dating. Before someone says that they’re pretending just for the movie, I would like to say they must be very bad at pretending because they haven’t even been seen together since then. Because! Rumor control, how I hate thee.

The Enchantress at the London Zoo

(Source: SplashNewsOnline.com)

Hello Taylor Nation,

The Forever and Always Fearless One’s visit to London, UK remains officially a mystery. While no doubt there was a particular motive for Taylor’s visit, it seems that right now she’s just taking in the tourist sights. I know about the widely supported rumor of her being there in rehearsals for a possible role in Les Misérables, as well as an unconfirmed meeting with producer Cameron Mackintosh. That all remains word of mouth, sorry. Believe me, I will let you know the moment there’s an actual confirmation that comes from a reliable source.

Update: Producer Cameron Mackintosh announced in public that Samantha Barks will have the role of Eponine that was rumored would be going to Taylor. Original story on HitFix.

The Sparkly Dressed donned a maroon coat and visited the London Zoo in Regent’s Park. She later stopped at the Tea Cosy coffee shop before heading back to her hotel. You can read the original story at Celebrity-Gossip.net.
