Hello Taylor Nation,

Here at the Swift Agency, still one guy who will be the first to admit we suck, we missed letting you know the Academy of Country Music was looking for video submissions of people announcing their favorite artist getting nominated for ACM Entertainer of the Year. The submission ended today. Oops. Sorry.

In our defense, we were a bit busy since certain Blonde With A Sparkly Guitar wouldn’t stop making headlines. Yeah, we’re going to blame Taylor. That will put me on the good side of fans… wait, I might need to rethink this plan. It’s. A. Joke.

Once again hosted by Reba and Blake Shelton, the ACM Awards will take place in Las Vegas on April 1st at 8pm live on ET and delayed for PT. Expect some April Fools references to be included. Nominees will be announced this Thursday, January 26 at 9:30am Eastern / 6:30am Pacific via social media on Facebook and Twitter at @ACMAwards. A press release will follow on ACMCountry.com.

Here’s the promo featuring clips from 2011, including Taylor winning the 2011 ACM Entertainer of the Year:
