Fate steps in. An Editorial.

Hello, Taylor Nation.

Here at the Swift Agency, still a guy that will always be a fan, we’re sure everybody knows the very talented Elizabeth Huett. She will always have a fan in the clumsy writer that blogs these posts you so generously dedicate your time to read. And yes, you can bet I will be writing about her career soon enough.

The Agency is an exception for a lot of rules. The band members have proven they actually stick around for a long time. But they all have careers that at some point or another they either choose to pursue alongside touring with the Princess in Red or they dedicate full time to chasing after.

Ben Clark was the banjo player of the Agency who left but remained friendly with the team. If you remember, he actually rejoined them to replace Mike Meadows when he went on his honeymoon. Emily Poe decided to pursue a career in law, but she still didn’t mind talking about touring with the soon to be Fearless One with music students. Elizabeth Huett… well, I will promise I will be updating you on her adventures, but she has chosen to follow her own path. She still stays in touch with Team Taylor. Please don’t be sad for her, she is chasing her dreams!

Also, there is no reason to think ill of the four talented backup singers that appeared with the Enchantress for the 2012 MTV VMAs and the iHeartRadio Music Festival. Carly Thomas Smith, Melanie Nyema, Clare Turton and Kamilah Marshall do have a lot to prove but you have to trust the Blonde With The Sparkly Guitar. She knows who to pick and they will get a chance to impress you. Give them that chance. To learn more about them you can read their own Agency ProfileUpdate! Now each of them has their own profile page!

I will never ever erase the Agency Profile: Elizabeth Huett. She remains listed with the rest of the profiles and she will always have a place on this blog. I will be updating you on news about Liz very soon. This is not the last blog entry for Liz, but the first of a new stage in her life. And I will make sure to keep you updated of everything.

The Agency is on their way to London, UK. The Princess in Red has already arrived ahead of them.

Good for her. Liz seems to have heaps of personality and has the voice and the looks to be a great soloist for front man (woman). I will be following her career with great interest. I wonder if she’s signed with Big Machine…
