Hello Taylor Nation,
Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy who’s hoping to make a couple of concerts next year, we love blogging about the Sparkly Dressed but we also love bringing you news from other artists. I just wanted to put up a post with a few of my favorites. It’s just my way of saying: hello, I hope you are ok and I want to hear more music from you.
First up, it’s the upcoming solo artist that already has a fanbase! The lovely Elizabeth Huett officially relaunched her website a week ago.
She also released some cool demos on Soundcloud. If you have the Soundcloud App you can even listen on your mobile device. This is the Loveliest Liz singing Baby It’s Cold Outside with Tyler Hilton.
We’ll continue with Mallary Hope because… well, because it’s my blog and I haven’t heard from her in so long. I’ve probably posted this exact clip a couple of times before. Nevertheless, here’s Mal with Black Widow Spider at the Opry. Miss you, Mal.
Let’s now go backstage with country duo Miss Willie Brown. I almost didn’t meet Kasey and Amanda at the 2012 CMA Fest. Long story. The point is I managed to correct that mistake in time. Here’s their own Behind the Scenes footage at the Opry.
And last but certainly not least, are the amazing vocal duo of The Civil Wars. Recently Joy Williams and John Paul White cancelled their remaining tour dates due to internal discord and differences of opinion regarding the tour. The band seemed to give us a ray of light saying they hope to have some music next year. Hopefully they’ll remain together but we wish them luck either way. This is a recording they did for NPR.
The Princess in Red arrived in Australia earlier today as part of her mini-tour promoting Red. She’s scheduled to perform at The Today Show and tbe 2012 ARIA Awards.
