Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy who’s blogging before breakfast as usual, we’ll start by letting you know that the Queen of Sparks is not in Japan at the moment. The way it works is that she travels abroad, like she did last year, and does photoshoots and TV appearances that are revealed, published and broadcast at a later date.
The Princess in Red appears in the January issue of Japan’s InRock magazine. I opted for the cutest picture first, not quite sure why they didn’t chose that one for the cover. I’m just realizing that I’m lucky enough to understand all the news when she’s in Spain and most of the news when she’s in France, but I’m afraid I don’t know any Japanese yet.
Also recently, her performance with SMAPXSMAP recently aired in their popular Japanese TV show. They played WANEGBT together:

The Blonde With The Sparkly Guitar will take the stage at the 55th Grammy Awards live on February 10 on CBS. She has three nominations: Record of the Year for We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, Best Country Duo/Group Performance with The Civil Wars and Best Song Written For Visual Media both for Safe and Sound with The Civil Wars.
