Hello Taylor Nation,
Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy who’s running out of free time, we’d like to congratulate the Sparkly Dressed on her single I Knew You Were Trouble hitting #1 on the UK while remaining #1 on the US. Tim McGraw’s album Two Lanes of Freedom which includes a collaboration track with the Princess in Red called Highway Don’t Care is released today, February 5.
I’ve been delaying this for a while, but The Agency has new members. Don’t worry, there are plenty of old faces you will recognize. On the picture, from left to right starting from the back:
Matt Billingslea, drummer; Amos Heller, bass player; Mike Meadows, guitar/banjo/anything with strings; David Cook, keyboards and musical director; Clare Turton, backup singer; Grant Mickelson, guitar; Caitlin Evanson, fiddle/guitar/vocals; Eliotte Nicole, backup singer; Taylor Swift, Queen of Sparks; Paul Sidoti, guitar; Kamilah Marshall, backup singer and Melanie Nyema, backup singer.
The Blonde With The Sparkly Guitar will take the stage at the 55th Grammy Awards live on February 10 on CBS. She has three nominations: Record of the Year for We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, Best Country Duo/Group Performance with The Civil Wars and Best Song Written For Visual Media both for Safe and Sound with The Civil Wars.
And as a bonus, here’s a picture that Charity Lynne Baroni posted of a get together of Speak Now touring members back on January 24, 2013. Glad to see they keep in touch!
