Teen Choice Awards 2013 Swiftlist: What you need to know tonight

Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy sorting busy streets and busy lives, we haven’t heard anything about the Queen of Sparks attending tonight’s  FOX Networks’ Teen Choice Awards 2013. She does have seven nominations: teen-choice-awards-2013-logoWe were never saints, Taylor Nation.

  • Choice Female Artist
  • Choice Female Country Artist
  • Choice Smile
  • Choice Single by a Female Artist Pending for “I Knew You Were Trouble”
  • Choice Country Song for “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together”
  • Choice Break-Up Song for “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together”
  • Choice Summer Tour for the Red Tour

Vote here, but please read the rules here.

Basically, they pick a winner from the tree top choices – meaning you’re essentially deciding who doesn’t make it in the top three out of the four nominations. Other than that, it’s a showcase for FOX shows. The blue carpet starts at 6:15pm Eastern time (Montreal/New York City) on TeenChoiceAwards.com. The show will start at 8pm Eastern time and will be tape delayed for Pacific Time.

Sources like Hollywood Life have said that the Enchantress will be presenting, but that’s not confirmed by any official FOX Networks sites so far. Incidentally, although that site also says you can watch the whole show online, I’m pretty sure TeenChoiceAwards.com is only airing the blue carpet.

For Europe time, the blue carpet will air at 00:15am (UK time, 11:15pm) and the main show will air at 2am ( UK time: 1am). A shoutout to @SwiftyFrance for this info an all the useful links out there – both in English and French.

The Princess in Red also has two nominations to the 2013 MTV VMAVideo of the Year and Best Female Video for I Knew You Were Trouble. The 2013 Video Music Awards air August 25 on MTV and VMA.MTV.com, live from the Brooklyn Barclays Center. Voting is necessary for her to be considered for the award. Read the rules here.

The Sparkly Dressed just wrapped up her last stadium concert in the US: Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois. The classic wildcard song was “Fearless”.
