- Album of the Year for RED
- Musical Event of the Year for “Highway Don’t Care” with Tim McGraw and Keith Urban
- Music Video of the Year for “Highway Don’t Care” with Tim McGraw and Keith Urban
Kacey Musgraves also got nominations for Female Vocalist of the Year, Single of the Year, Song of the Year and Album of the Year. On other news, both the Civil Wars and Thompson Square are up for Duo of the Year and Eric Church is up for Male Vocalist of the Year.
Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood will host the 47th CMA Awards on November 6, 2013 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN.
