Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy who’s just itching for the weekend to start to go to sleep, we’re still on a 1989 high. Taylor Swift admitted on The View that she will donate all proceeds of her “Welcome To New York” single to NYC Public Schools. She’s not doing that to impress you. She’s the Welcome Ambassador according to the Tourism city board, so she’s setting a high bar. You can read more on the story on ABC News.com.

“I’m still learning but I’m so enthusiastic about this city that I feel like when I love something, I’m very vocal about it,” she said on an earlier appearance on Good Morning America.

The Enchantress is supposed to attend Z100’s Halloween Party. Taylor has been announced to play New York’s Rockin’ Eve hosted by Ryan Seacrest. The Sparkly Dressed is nominated for Best Female and Best Look at the 2014 MTV EMA on November 9. You can vote here.
