Beyond The Agency: Catching up with Caitlin Evanson

Hello Birdies,

It’s been a long time coming… but I’ve been meaning to update you on the latest from Caitlin Evanson. She posted this picture recently, and I just decided that there was no time better than the present. Let’s do this.

We all know her as Caitlin Evanson, but the fiery redhead fiddle player has embraced a new stage name as CaitlinBird. She’s already scheduled to play a show at Lestat’s West (San Diego, California) on February 13 where she is booked with her new stage name along with Caroline Corn and Kennady Tracy. You can read more about her at her very own Tumblr: caitlinbirdmusic.tumblr.com. You can also listen to what she’s been up to musically on SoundCloud.

Correction: Sorry for the confusion! Seems Cait is only using CaitlinBird as a nickname but her official stage name will remain Caitlin Evanson.

Here’s Cait and Pedro Talarico performing a cover of “Three Things” by Jason Mraz.
