We got problems, Taylor Nation.
The new Taylor Swift music video for “Bad Blood” premiered at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards starring the cast of the entire Swift Squad and featuring a new remix featuring Kendrick Lamar. You can get it on iTunes.
We’re talking Cara Delevinge (Mother Chucker), Cindy Crawford (Headmistress), Ellen Pompeo (Luna), Ellie Goulding (Destructa X), Gigi Hadid (Slay-Z), Hailee Steinfeld (The Trinity), Haylee Williams (The Crimson Curse), Jessica Alba (Domino), Karlie Kloss (Knockout), Kendrick Lamar (Welvin Da Great), Lena Dunham (Lucky Fiori), Lily Aldridge (Frostbyte), Mariska Hargitay (Justice), Martha Hunt (Homeslice), Selena Gomez (Arsyn), Serayah (Dilemma), Zendaya (Cut-Throat) and Taylor Swift (Catastrophe). Whew.
Let’s go to the video!
Joseph Kahn directed the music video, which has influences from Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez’s Sin City passing by the Fifth Element, Tron and Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill. You know, typical Taylor stuff… Wait, no. I mean, the complete opposite. This is a badass, motorcycle-riding, sword-slicing, gun-firing, missile-launching, kickboxing kind of affair. Catastrophe is kicking ass, plain and simple. Also, Taylor as a redhead is boss.
Update: All the posters, no tricks. Don’t say I never gave you nothing.
