Happy 26th Birthday to the Blonde With The Sparkly 1989 Microphone :)

It’s not Becky, Taylor Nation.

It’s officially December 13th, 2015 and the Forever and Always Fearless One is a big whopping 26 years old. I don’t have any exclusives here. Last I heard, she was spotted leaving Melbourne. Where her next port of call is going to be, I’m going to guess Los Angeles. You know I’m bad at guessing though, I’m just saying that’s her closest house. Can’t wait to be proven wrong when she shows up anywhere else but there.

It’s been a busy year. And we’ve got award season starting up. But before we get to all that, I just want to take some time to wish Taylor Swift herself the happiest of birthdays. Hopefully she gets to spend some downtime. I don’t know if she’s going to take a month or a year, but she deserves it. In the meantime, it’s the end of the year coming up and I’m hoping she gets to spend it with her family and friends.

Someone asked me if I’m going to keep writing. YES. Taylor’s my writing muse. I started this because I love writing and combined it with someone I love to write about. She’s not done. She’s got some awards to pick up next year. I can’t wait to write about that.

  • February 15: It’s the 58th Annual Grammy Awards! Taylor is nominated for Album of the Year for 1989, Record of the Year for “Blank Space”, Song of the Year for “Blank Space”, Best Pop Solo Performance for “Blank Space”, Best Pop Duo Group/Performance for “Bad Blood”, Best Pop Vocal Album for 1989 and Best Music Video for “Bad Blood”.

  1. If a person wanted to send you money to help you get a ticket (or two) to as many of Taylor’s concerts, TV show interviews, etc. as you have time to get to, how would they donate to this worthy cause?

    1. Linda, thanks! But other people deserve that more. No donations! If I really could make it (time wise), I’d find the way (money wise).
