We remember Ronan, Taylor Nation.

It’s not the first time and it won’t be the last. Taylor Swift has donated $100,000 to The V Foundation for Cancer Research through the 11th Dick Vitale Gala. According to the release, this donation adds to her previous contributions for pediatric cancer research, including a donation of $100,000 to The V Foundation from the sales of her single, “Ronan.” In case it’s not clear enough for anybody out there, those are two separate times she donated that same amount. This means she’s been donating regularly to further the research on cancer… specifically cancer on children. If you want to talk worthy causes, that one is hard to top.

On happier news, Britany Maack just posted this video of her wedding to Benjamin LaManna and was nice enough to share it. Taylor was her maid of honor and also delivered a speech.

“He would chase her and pursue her through middle school and junior high and high school, and their paths would diverge and then come back together,” Taylor Swift said. “It would be so magically unpredictable, but at the same time, so incredibly fated, just like the best love stories are. Little did either of us know that Prince Charming for Britany would be the kid that sat next to me in class with the bowl cut and the Lego lunchbox.”

Apparently the band at the party also invited her to sing Shake It Off with them, but that’s not in the clip (ok, you can see it for a moment but not hear it). I’m sure she had fun 🙂
