Be nice, for everyone you meet is fighting a great battle, Taylor Nation.
The GLAAD Media Awards recognize and honor media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives. They took place last night, April 2, at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles. Ruby Rose was being honored with the Stephen F. Kolzak Award. The award is given to an openly LGBT member of the entertainment or media community for his or her work toward eliminating homophobia.
Last night, Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance at the GLAAD Awards to present Ruby Rose with her accolade. Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy who should be sleeping right about now, we love it when Taylor takes time out of her busy schedule and dedicates it to give someone else the spotlight. The show will be broadcast on LogoTV this Monday, April 4 at 10/9c.
The Blonde With The Sparkly 1989 Microphone already has her first award to collect this Sunday, April 3 at the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards. She will be collecting Best Tour for the 1989 World Tour. She’s got seven more nominations (six if you keep in mind Best Song was already announced as won by Adele for her hit song “Hello”). Besides the iHeartRadio Music Awards, Sunday is also the date for Canada’s Juno Awards, the ACM Awards, WWE’s Wrestlemania and the Walking Dead season finale.
