We never go out of style, Taylor Nation.

Seems T-Swizzle was having fun last night at the 2016 Met Gala. Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy who knows what’s fact and what’s subjective, you know we’re about to hit you with some editorial piece. The Sparkly Dressed arrived in a silver Louis Vuitton mini-dress and lacy strap stilettos.

But before opinions are shared, let me say this. Fashion, like art, is all about opinions. It’s about perceived impact, it’s about your personal taste and it’s about what you subjectively consider attractive against what you judge unfitting. It’s never about the person’s character, but it is about giving you an impression. A fashion event implies you’re expected to form an opinion, a judgement. I’ll be honest. I wasn’t a fan of the scale look of Tay’s dress, but the girl still looked amazing.

I find it jarring when fans start posting in social media about not judging during a fashion show. If you are watching a dress at a fashion show and had no opinion, then that dress has failed. It’s the same thing that when you look at a piece of art. If you love it, hate it or had some other strong emotion to it, then that piece has debatable value. If you didn’t even notice it, then it might as well not exist. You have to take risks in fashion. In my humble opinion, the Enchantress should’ve gone for a gown of some sort but that has been done before. I applaud her for taking risks and trying out something different.
