Tell them how the crowds went wild, Taylor Nation.
Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy who’s getting some much needed down time, we’re sneaking some quick blogging. Shh. The Blonde With The Three Story Building Snake might say her old self is dead, but the crowd at Wembley Stadium brought her back with a good old-fashioned screaming ovation of about three minutes long. You probably remember these from all the way back in the beginning.
The moment happened as a group of fans in the crowd had organized themselves to hold up signs that said “Proud” during the performance of “New Year’s Day”. Cue the Sparkly Dressed getting awestruck. “Those signs that you have,” reacted Tay. “That’s crazy. That’s so organized. How’d you even do that? I love you guys so much.”
Does anybody else feel a long running theme that seems to mirror the lyrics of “Long Live” happening in this tour so far or am I reading too much from the little moments?
Taylor sang “So It Goes” acoustic for the first time on guitar on June 22nd.
She also invited Niall Horan to the stage to sing “Slow Hands”.
The Enchantress payed one moment of nostalgia with another on June 23 since it was the fifteenth show of the rep tour. You guessed it, it was time to remember “Fifteen”.
Finally, she brought out Robbie Williams to perform “Angels” on her last night at Wembley Stadium.
With her last performance at Wembley, T-Swizzle ends the UK leg of the rep tour. Her next stop will be back in the US of A in Louisville, Kentucky.
