The Sparkly Dressed (and slightly damped) performed on East Rutherford, New Jersey at the MetLife Stadium on July 20th, 21st and 22nd.
On her first day, she performed “Welcome To New York” as the surprise song for the b-stage (sorry that song is kinda meh for me). She also messed up a note during her piano performance of “New Year’s Day”, which prompted her to stop, apologize humorously and restart because this is Tay after all.

She had rain to deal with the following night which meant that she unavoidably had to dance in the rain which led to her choosing the iconic “Fearless” as her surprise song for the b-stage because how could she not.

She also brought back “Clean” to perform along just before the “Long Live/New Year’s Day” medley. So does it mean it’s now the “Clean/Long Live/New Year’s Day” medley? Yeah, we’re all going to end up crying here.

With the rain coming down on the third night as well, she decided on a Speak Now gem. She picked “Enchanted” as her surprise song for the last night.
Rain, missteps and all, Taylor just plain took over MetLife Stadium and is now headed for Foxborough, MA and a venue where she has played before: Gillette Stadium. No, you’re not ready for it. Don’t blame me.
