They said it would never happen. I know, I was one of those who used to say it. But this era is one of never-seen-before things happening left and right and the Snake Queen means to put the entire fandom in the ground with those tiny unexpected surprises. Here at the Swift Agency, just an old guy ready to hand the baton to the new generation, we still get the heartstrings pulled when the Sparkly Dressed takes out a song from the olden days and makes it come back to life in her guitar.
But just before that happened, she surprised us first with “Begin Again” on the first night playing US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN.
It was on the second night that she pulled what I’d swear was a song too old and obscure to be played live and yet, people knew the lyrics. This is “Tied Together With A Smile”.
