It’s been a hot minute, Taylor Nation.
Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy who knows you like your news with video, we’ve probably heard of this award only once before – when Taylor won one back in 2016 for Best International Solo Artist. Now it was the NME Awards 2020 and Taylor sauntered (yes, it’s a verb, look it up) over with wine glass in hand and accepted Best Solo Act In The World.
You can take a look at her accepting the award at the NME Awards 2020 here:
And for nostalgia’s sake, you can also see her accepting her NME Award back in 2016:
On other news, the Sparkly Dressed has signed with Universal Music Publishing Group (also part of Universal Music) and has highlighted she’s proud for the opportunity to work with Jody Gerson, the first woman to run a major music publishing company. The Enchantress is walking the walk working with women in an industry traditionally dominated by men.
T-Swizzle also recently released an animated lyric video for her song “The Man”. I’ve been holding for an actual music video, but the animation is very appropriate.
She is already more than that, she’s THE BOSS. And don’t you forget it 😉
Coming up in the Calendar!
- March 29: The iHeartRadio Music Awards 2020 premieres from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, CA on FOX at 8/7c pm. Taylor has six nominations: Female Artist of the Year, Best Lyrics, Best Cover Song, Best Music Video, Best Fan Army and Best Remix.
