Lover is one of 10 Songs I Wish I’d Written & Taylor’s People’s Choice noms

Feels like I’ve known you twenty years, Taylor Nation.

The Blonde With The Sparkly Guitar Which Is In The Back Somewhere won a 10 Songs I Wish I’d Written award for “Lover” at the 2020 Nashville Song Awards from the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI). You might recall she’s won and treasured those accolades in the past as they specifically recognize her songwriting prowess. Taylor accepted the award via video.

On other news, our Favorite Cardigan-Wearing Songwriter is nominated for The Female Artist at E! People’s Choice Awards on November 15 at 9pm (Eastern? Pacific? It doesn’t really say anywhere). You can vote here. Her album folklore is nominated for The Album of 2020 and her song “Only the Young” featured on the Miss Americana documentary is nominated for Soundtrack Song of 2020.
