AMAs 2020: Taylor Swift wins Artist of the Year, Female Pop/Rock and Music Video for “Cardigan”

Not a lot going on at the moment, Swifties.

The Sparkly Dressed who’s right now wearing a cardigan for sure, was down for a quiet evening. T-Swizzle, in her usual fashion, decided to let us know “Not a lot going on at the moment” but I’m sure that most of us denizens of the Taylor Nation know by now that’s Taylor code for “I’m plotting something”. Taylor won Artist of the Year, Favorite Female Artist – Pop/Rock and Favorite Music Video for “Cardigan” at the American Music Awards 2020.

The Forever and Always Fearless One is re-recording her music, in Nashville of all places. That’s not a lot for our favorite overachiever of all time for sure.

On other news, the Blonde With The Sparkly Guitar won 2020 Apple Music Awards’ Songwriter of the Year. Not a bad past week.

Coming up in the Calendar!

  • December 1: Taylor Swift will make an appearance at the 2020 Virgin Atlantic Attitude Awards honoring the best of the LGTBQ+ community.
  • December 13: Not a lot going on here either, right?
