  • January 19: Digital release of Today Was A Fairytale on iTunes.
  • January 22: Hope for Haiti Telethon on all major networks at 8pm EST. Taylor will be performing live.
  • January 27: Taylor will perform at  Unforgettable Evening event in LA, benefiting the EIF’s Women’s Cancer Research Fund.
  • January 28: CBS re-runs the CSI episode with Taylor Swift. 9PM ET.
  • January 29: She makes an appearance in the Early Show in CBS at 7AM ET.
  • January 31: 52nd Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, California. It will be broadcasted on CBS, 8pm -11:30pm ET/PT. Taylor is nominated for 8 awards and scheduled to perform. She won 4: Best Country Song, Best Female Country Vocal, Best Country Album and Album of the Year 🙂

  • June 17: Songwriters Hall of Fame. Taylor Swift receives the Hal David Starlight Award.
  • June 19: Atlantis, Bahamas. She performs at the Imperial Ballroom.
  • June 22: Nashville Raising: A Benefit Concert for Flood Recovery headed by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Taylor Swift is in the line-up.

July

  • July 10: Taylor Swift performs at  the Cavendish Beach Music Festival in Cavendish, Prince Edward Island, Canada. Another Fearless Evening.

August

  • August 4: After a leak, Big Machine Records jump starts the release of the first new single, Mine. Now available on iTunes!
  • August 7: Taylor Swift performs at the Summer Sonic Festival in Osaka, Japan.
  • August 8: Taylor Swift performs at the Summer Sonic Festival in Tokio, Japan.
  • August 9: Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles. Taylor Swift wins Choice Music Female Country Artist, Choice Country Album for Fearless, Choice Country song for Fifteen and Choice Movie Breakout Female for Valentine’s Day.
  • August 16: The new single, Mine, from the third album, Speak Now is released on radio stations. Available now on iTunes!

  • August 25: Voting closes for the VMAs!
  • August 27: Mine will get its video premiere on CMT at 8pm ET/5PM PT. It will be a LIVE half-hour special event.
  • August 31: The first batch of CMA nominations are announced at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN by Justin Moore and Chris Young.

September

  • September 1: The remaining categories of the CMA nominations are announced by Miranda Lambert and Dierks Bentley on Good Morning America.
  • September 1: CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night To Rock airs on ABC at 8/7c.
  • September 9: Taylor Swift will perform at kickoff time in New Orleans for the Saints vs. Vikings game to be broadcast on NBC at 7:30pm ET.
  • September 12: MTV Video Music Awards airs on MTV at 9/8c. Taylor Swift was nominated for Female Video of the Year for Fifteen. Lady Gaga won it. Taylor performs Innocent for the first time ever, a song dedicated to the previous VMA incident and forgiveness.
  • September 18: Tickets go on sale for the 44th CMA Awards, which takes place November 10.
  • September 21: Voting period ends for J-14 Teen Icon Awards.
  • September 22: Voting period ends for the Country Weekly most beautiful woman in country music.
  • September 23: Taylor Swift performs at the All For The Hall fundraiser at Club Nokia, Los Angeles that benefits the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
  • September 27: Taylor Swift visits Milan, Italy.
  • September 28: She is scheduled to perform on X-Factor Italy.
  • September 29: She attends Roberto Cavalli’s 40th Anniversary gala dinner and party at Ecole Superiure des Beaux Arts in Paris, France.

  • October 18: Royal Caribbean International launches its contest The Allure of Taylor Swift. You win a 7-night cruise for two on the Bahamas including two tickets for Taylor’s on board concert. The promotion period starts now and runs until October 29. The cruise dates are tentatively scheduled for January 16-23, 2011. Sorry, only US residents eligible.

  • October 25: A group of winners of contests held around the world will join Taylor for a private performance at the United Nations in New York City. Taylor Swift Live Stream from New York City will be available on many of MTV Networks’ web properties, including CMT.com, MTV.com, VH1.com and websites across Europe, Asia, Australia and Latin America at 7PM Eastern, 6PM Central.   • October 25: Taylor Swift takes over Dial-Global Hot Country Forum from 8pm to 9pm EST.
  • October 26: Taylor will perform live for fans from Rockefeller Plaza on the Today Show as part of their fall concert series. Fans can apply for passes to the show at: http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/30012397 . That night, she will do an interview and performance on the Late Show with David Letterman. The Today Show airs on NBC from 7:00 – 11:00 a.m. (all time zones), and Late Show with David Letterman airs on CBS at 11:30 p.m. (ET/PT).
  • October 27: Taylor’s day starts with Live! With Regis & Kelly where she will do an interview and performance. The show airs on ABC affiliates nationwide, check for listings by area. That afternoon, she will visit Scholastic’s New York headquarters, where she will take time out from her busy release week schedule for a special literacy event, Read Now! with Taylor Swift, as part of the company’s 90th Anniversary Literacy campaign (register here). Later in the day, she will visit Madame Tussaud’s New York – the famed Times Square wax attraction — for the unveiling of her original wax figure.
  • October 27: Taylor will now be appearing at the JetBlue terminal, Gate 14 (there is no Gate 13, superstitious much?) at Kennedy International Airport in New York City on Wednesday, October 27. Taylor Swift has a chartered flight from New York to Los Angeles with very lucky fans included and even an improvised concert during the flight.
  • October 28:Ellen DeGeneres Show will celebrate the release of Speak Now by once again devoting an entire hour-long show to throwing Taylor’s official album release party. Participate in Ellen’s Ultimate Taylor Swift Fan contest!

  • November 2: Taylor will perform on Dancing With the Stars, airing on ABC at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT).
  • November 4: Taylor gets interviewed on CTV’s Canada AM. Enter 99.9FM’s contest to be in the audience!
  • November 4: Taylor Swift will be at the MuchMusic building in Toronto, Canada at 5pm Eastern time.
  • November 9: The BMI Awards.
  • November 10: The 44th Annual CMA Awards ceremony takes place live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN. The event airs on ABC at 8/7c. Taylor Swift is nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year. She also is scheduled to perform. Update: She lost to Miranda Lambert.
  • November 11: The CMA Country Christmas is taped. Taylor is not scheduled to appear but it’s still a major Country Music show.
  • November 14: Taylor is scheduled to perform at the BBC Radio 1’s Teen Awards.

  • November 21: The American Music Awards are broadcast live on ABC at 8pm Eastern time. The winners will be decided via online voting through ABC.com and AMAvote.com. Taylor Swift is nominated for Favorite Female Country Artist. Update! Voting is now closed.
