Taylor at Z100’s and Capital FM’s Jingle Balls in New York City and London

Whiskey on ice… Could I see some ID, Taylor Nation?

Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy who can’t fly around the world because you gotta plan these things in advance you know, we’re wondering how we managed to follow the Sparkly Dressed in the past. I got older, I got smarter… and then you buy a place, get a mortgage and you got bills to pay. So it goes. This is why we can’t hav- Ok, ok, I will stop now.

The Snake Queen played the Z100 Jingle Ball in New York on Saturday, December 9 and then took the Swift Jet to London to play the Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball in London on Sunday, December 9. The guys from Capital FM were nice enough to put her performances in YouTube. This should be the standard to follow from now on.

Taylor Swift at Poptopia 2017

poptopiaAnother performance and another sparkly hoodie, Taylor Nation.

Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy who forgot to comment on the fact that Taylor still goes acoustic, we… still like when she goes acoustic… Gee, that was pulitzer-prize writing material right there.

The Sparkly Dressed (with another sparkly hoodie) performed at the Poptopia concert event on Saturday December 2, 2017. The short set was the same one she used for the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball just the previous night. “…Ready For It?”,”Blank Space”,”Shake It Off”, “End Game” with Ed Sheeran showing up again! “Look What You Made Me Do” was the closer.

I’m pretty sure she had Ed Sheeran on her speed dial, which is awfully nice of him. The dude was done with his set a while ago, same as in Jingle Ball. He wants to go home. I’d want to go home, but I’d also wouldn’t pass up the chance to hang with the Sparkly Hoodie.

Yes, she’s the Sparkly Hoodie now. Direct your complaints to the recycle bin.

Taylor Swift at the iHeart Jingle Ball

Only a few people can pull a sparkly hoodie, Taylor Nation.

Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy who had his mac mini magically turn into a paperweight yesterday, we just learn that certain computers nowadays don’t last six years (Really? Because back in my day…). Never mind, let’s get back to Taylor.

The Sparkly Dressed (yes that is a sparkly hoodie) performed at the iHeart Jingle Ball on Friday December 1, 2017. Hey it was Saturday for some of us that stayed up for it…

Her short set included “…Ready For It?”,”Blank Space”,”Shake It Off”, “End Game” with Ed Sheeran and “Look What You Made Me Do” as her closer.  Here’s Taylor doing her thang.

I understand that for the short set she has to end with her current hit single, which is Look What You Made Do, but the song is not really much of a bop. Reputation has a lot of bangers and growers, but LWYMMD kind of flops for me. The chorus has no intensity, I find it dull. Still, it kinda ties the short set together.

Coming up in the Calendar:

  • December 1: Taylor Swift plays the KIIS FM Jingle Ball 2017 at The Forum in Inglewood, California.
  • December 2: Taylor Swift is one of the acts for 997NOW’s POPTOPIA 2017 at the SAP Center in San Jose, California.

  • December 7, 2017: Taylor Swift plays at B96’s Jingle Bash at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois.
