Mallary Hope is a very talented singer/songwriter and an amazing person that has made my trip to Nashville worthwhile. She was the first person I ever met in Nashville. It was my first CMA Fest back in 2011, I walked down Broadway where they were doing this event of meeting a star on the bus. Up next was Mallary Hope… who I had befriended in Twitter. And so, I got in line and was the first person to meet her. Here’s the original post from The Nashville Diaries back in 2011.
About a week ago, the talented and beautiful Mallary Hope asked out of the blue if we would like her to reveal a new song for every day for the next six days. Needless to say, everyone of her fans said yes to the songstress from Cohutta.
If you haven’t been paying attention, she’s a brilliant songwriter whose style continues to evolve and grow from the traditionally romantic to the kick-ass country without missing a beat.
Here are six new official unreleased tracks from Mallary’s official Soundcloud account.
It has been a while since we have checked with the talented and beautiful Mallary Hope. She has a new amazing song out in her official Soundcloud account called “Closure”. Mallary has kept evolving her musical style and this last offering shows it. This track sounds like a hit single which makes me wonder why it isn’t one. Time for a studio album, Mal! 🙂
Mallary Hope hails from Cohutta, Georgia. At the tender age of 15, she won first prize with a song she had written herself. She was doing 150 shows a year by the time she was in high school. By the time she graduated from home school, she had a song-publishing contrack and more than 500 demos recorded as a session singer of Music Row
You can learn more about Mallary in her very own Agency Profile: Mallary Hope. No, she has nothing to do with the Agency or Taylor Swift, but she gets a profile anyway. Complaints can be addressed to the Ninja Department 😛
Just so we’re clear, we have not turned into Weddings Quarterly.
Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy who gets more IP addresses than phone numbers, we’d like to congratulate the talented and beautiful singer/songwriter from Cohutta, Mallary Hope, and her groom, Ryan Dokke, on the occasion of their wedding this past Sunday, April 13.
Mallary was generous enough to share several pictures on her Facebook and Instagram. This one was cute since they chose to have Mal’s dogs on the picture. From left to right that’s Penny, Nala and Java.
The Hopester has been busy lately finding a home for a litter of puppies.
Mallary decided to share with us this amazing song, written and dedicated to a friend of hers, Courtney, that passed away due to cancer. You can help her raise money for breast cancer awareness by collaborating on her page for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. It will be her second year walking for the cause. Here’s the amazing Mallary:
