Stand Up To Cancer and Ronan: Love you to the moon and back, Taylor

Hello Taylor Nation,

Here at the Swift Agency, one guy who lost his mother to cancer, we were floored by Taylor’s live performance of Ronan tonight. The Stand Up 2 Cancer telethon aims to bring awareness and gather funds to aid in the research of cancer. Ronan Thompson was a 3 year old boy that fought cancer. The song features lyrics directly from his mother, Maya Thompson, who is credited as the co-writer. Ronan will be available on iTunes with all proceeds going to fight cancer. If you live somewhere else and/or can’t use the form, you can look up cancer-related charities in your country and area. I will bet you the moon there’s one close to you.

  1. Saw your Tweets about your Mom. Sorry for that. I lost my Dad last month. Not to cancer but to other things that go wrong with people. “Ronan” is, in my humble opinion, some of Taylor’s best writing yet.

Really looking forward to RED. We have not heard her best work yet.

And, Oh, a belated Congrats on being part of the WANEGBT web chat. You represented us old guy Swifities ( OGS (?)) well.
