With a mountain of rumors behind her, Taylor Swift goes into the 2010 Video Music Awards with one sure thing: a Best Female Video of the Year nomination for Fifteeen, Her chances are slim. It’s the last video from her 2008 album Fearless. Odds seem to favor the multi-nominated Lady Gaga (13 noms). Any of them would deserve the honor, and I am happy enough seeing Taylor attend, so there’s not a lot of pressure tonight. Lady Gaga has certainly got a unique style.
What do we know about tonight 100%? Taylor Swift is attending. We are not supposed to know she’s performing. We certainly have not a clue if she’s really performing the song she rehearsed. We shall see.

Coming up this Sunday, is the much hyped MTV 2010 Video Music Awards, with Taylor up for the Female Video of the Year award. The show airs on all MTV Networks at 9pm Eastern, 8pm Central.
