If you are one of the lucky Swifties that got to meet Taylor on the UK you’re also probably sad that you watched her fly away. She’ll come back, you will meet her again some day. Actually, in March 2011.
The Outspoken One landed in Tokyo’s Narita international airport early today, November 16. She has TV appearances over the next couple of days then she keeps flying back east to LA.
Just Jared Jr managed to score parts of the Outspoken One’s interview with Allure magazine. In the interview, Taylor confesses she used to give out very bad relationship advice.
“Like, the best way to get a guy to like you would be to actively ignore him,” she confessed. “I was filled with advice! I’d tell my friends things like, Don’t accept that apology! That isn’t sincere! Or He hung out with his ex-girlfriend? Get rid of him. But love is never that simple. Now I’m finally getting the idea it’s the one thing I don’t need to have a strategy for. I can only write the material I know, which is what happens to me.”
She also was reminded that back in a 2009 interview she had said she wanted to work with what’s-his-name: “I forgot about that! Oh, wow! That’s…wow, that’s eerie, isn’t it?” We here at the Swift Agency, who are really only one guy who has a bad memory for rude people’s names, forgot all about him too.

- December 4: The voting for the American Country Awards closes. You can still vote at theacas.com.
- December 6: The first ever American Country Awards show will air on the Fox Network. Taylor is up for Artist of the Year, Female Artist of the Year and Touring Artist of the Year. You can vote at theacas.com.
- January 5: we get the People Choice Awards! Voting is open now. Taylor Swift is up for Female Artist of the Year and Country Artist of the Year. Vote here.
