In a recent interview on the Late Show with David Letterman, the Outspoken One revealed she had gone through the trouble of learning a few phrases in Japanese for her performances in concerts, according to CMT.com (suggestion: read the article but skip the comments). She’s going back for a refresher course. Taylor left the UK on Monday, November 15, on her way to Japan. She will actually fly around the world to get back home.

Taylor’s two scheduled appearances in Japan TV are on November 17, where she appears on Fuji TV’s SmapXSmap, and on November 18.  where she will appear in Nippon TV’s Zoom In. Her single Mine is currently on position 25 of the Japan Hot 100 according to Billboard.com. She’s looking forward to touring in Japan on February, 2010. Yes, all the dates are in the Calendar.

She flies back to the US to appear on November 21 at the American Music Awards. Expect her to arrive at least a day early for rehearsals. She’s scheduled to perform Back To December. She’s nominated for Favorite Female Country Artist.

The Outspoken One will hit the ground running. Once done with the AMAs she’s scheduled to appear at the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. According to TV Guide, that appearance happens on Monday, November 22..

Taylor Swift appears in the November/December edition of Seventeen magazine with a photoshoot and a new interview. I don’t have source pictures (yes, I know there are some scans out there) so instead here’s a picture of Mike Meadows holding Amos J. Heller hostage with a banana. I’m guessing the flights at Heathrow were delayed. Don’t worry, we hear they’ve arrived already.

Website news! We, as in the one guy who does everything around here, have updated the site a little although not in time for the anniversary of the first post (November 10, 2009 – but hey, the CMAs were on). The banner at the top is new. I figure, it’s been a year. It was time to change it. A bit of trivia for you, Caitlin Evanson licked the Speak Now ice sculpture in the background.

I’ve also gone through the Videos and fixed missing links and added the most recent clips, so you might want to head over there to see what you can find. I’ve also added a new section for Photoshoots which used to be part of the Behind The Scenes section. Finally. I’ve added a link to all videos I’ve collected in Vodpod and the channel in YouTube as well.

(Don’t blame me if you get lost watching and don’t get anything  done today!)
