Hello Taylor Nation,

The 54th Grammy Awards are tomorrow! There will be lots to take in. Central Wisconsin Hub had a conversation with executive producer Ken Ehrlich about what we can expect tomorrow. Be aware that these things can change.

  • Bruce Springsteen will open the show.
  • Adele will sing Rolling In The Deep along with a second song.
  • Paul McCartney will perform with Diana Krall and Joe Walsh.
  • The Civil Wars will take the stage to sing a brief version of Barton Hollow and then proceed to introduce Taylor Swift. The Outspoken One will be singing a re-tooled version of Mean. Ehrlich tells Central Wisconsin Hub that the version “is absolutely delicious. She’s done the song on other shows, but never like this.” Can’t wait to hear this. There is no mention of a Safe And Sound performance but come on! They are all there. It’s almost a given.
  • Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson will be performing Don’t You Wanna Stay.
  • Carrie Underwood will join Tony Bennett for a duet of It Had To Be You.
  • Blake Shelton and The Band Perry will perform as part of a salute featuring Glen Campbell.
  • Katy Perry will perform, but no song titles have been revealed.

Update! With the recent death of Whitney Houston (Saturday, February 11) these plans are being changed in order to accomodate a tribute.
