Nashville Diaries: The Agency Encounters at 12th and Porter

Hello Taylor Nation!

Here at the Swift Agency, one guy that may have lost a bit of weight running around last week, we’re always glad to run into people during our trips. Sometimes I’m lucky enough to run into members of The Agency themselves. I don’t take this for granted, and when it happens outside of a concert setting I’m always a bit hesitant to approach them out right, but they were cool with it. Here’s Amos Heller after his performance. You probably have already seen my post on Amos Heller playing with Old Dominion. He did a great job.

What I didn’t mention in that post was that some of the members of The Agency came out to support him too. I was headed to the bar after a certain non-related beer incident that I will conveniently forget to explain here, when I ran into the familiar faces of Elizabeth Huett and Claire Callaway.

I haven’t seen them in an age, so I could not to pass up on the chance to say hello and ask for a picture. If I look a bit awkward is because, well… I am both hesitant to disturb but eager to remember the moment. Luckily both of them were gracious enough to put up with me.

It shouldn’t have surprise me to get a tap in the shoulder and see Grant Mickelson, but it still did. Such a great night filled with music, exercise (again, yours truly had just ran from LP Field), some embarrassment (no comment) and finally more great music and familiar faces. Hope to see you again soon, guys!

Note: Actually, soon is coming up. Paul Sidoti is performing as part of Tequila Sunrise along with Mike Meadows and Amos Heller this Friday, June 15.

Coming up in the Calendar!
