In case you missed it, Taylor Swift just wrapped up her live webchat. The Fearless One fielded questions left and right in what was about an hour of broadcast. Here we go!

The third album has a name, Speak Now, and a date of release: October 25, 2010. That is a world release date. She has been busy working on it. The first single of the album is called Mine and that is the song for which the video was being filmed in Maine, mainly in Portland.
A new website with a countdown to Speak Now‘s release is now available at SpeakNow13.com. The site also mentions August 16 as the release date for the new single, Mine. The Calendar is now updated with the new dates .
Yes, Sparks Fly will be included in the record. She mentioned 14 songs are included. I have the feeling she sneaked in Sparks Fly at the last minute for some reason 😉
She will tour after the album comes out and is planning a world tour. There are no dates yet. She has been in meetings trying to discuss the places she will visit. She did mention she’d love to come back to Japan and she did say she’d love to tour Latin America. How much of those ideas will translate into actual plans it remains to be seen. My guess is she will repeat all the places she has been in already and include some new ones.
She’s also finally moved to her own place, her condo in Nashville. She talked about decorating it and talked about her love of mismatched objects and her influences such as Alice in Wonderland and birdcages. The stingrays were not mentioned.
She did mention the puzzle project that fans around the world got into, each one decorating a piece of the puzzle and then delivering it to her on meets and greets during her Fearless Tour.
Coming up next in August 9, are the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles. Taylor Swift is nominated for Choice Music Female Artist and Choice Music Female Country Artist. Valentine’s Day is nominated for Choice Movie Romantic Comedy. Please VOTE! Or the guitar comes out… and this time I will do much worse than hitting you over the head with it. I will play it.
