As previously reported, Universal Music Group had pulled all videos from MTV Network sites. Fortunately, they shook hands and the videos from all their artists which included the Fearless One, returned to MTV websites as reported by Digital Media Wire by August 17. This insures all those artists will attend, participate and be eligible for MTV’s upcoming Video Music Awards. The voting however, ends on Tuesday, August 24. So this is your last chance to VOTE FOR TAYLOR.
I’ll be over here tuning my guitar for seemingly no reason.
CMT.com also released their commercial for the Mine video premiere event on August 27. Video time courtesy of taylorswiftfansbr.
The premiere will span more than 160 countries. It will be shown on MTV, VH1, CMT, MTV Networks’ websites and mobile platforms. Although the online premiere is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. Aug. 27, there will be a behind the scenes broadcast on CMT, a half-hour live special at 8 p.m.
Taylor will have a busy September, as evident in the Calendar but for those too lazy to take a peek, here’s what’s coming up:
- September 1: CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night To Rock airs on ABC at 8/7c.
- September 9: Taylor Swift will perform at kickoff time in New Orleans for the Saints vs. Vikings game to be broadcast on NBC at 7:30pm ET.
- September 12: MTV Video Music Awards airs on MTV at 9/8c. Taylor Swift is nominated for Female Video of the Year for Fifteen. VOTE!
- September 23: Taylor Swift performs at the All For The Hall fundraiser at Club Nokia, Los Angeles that benefits the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
Last days to VOTE for the Fearless One! Taylor is up for a VMA for Female Video of the Year. To add pressure, I’m not only threatening you to play the guitar but also will sing to you if you don’t vote for Taylor. Start clicking! VOTE HERE.
