The Z100 Awards were announced today. Speak Now was in the run for best album. It had a strong vote (28.21%) but it lost to Katy Perry’s Teenage Dream (29.51%). Our friends at TaySwift.com were up for best fansite forum. The winner was RihannaDaily.com. Oh well, there will be more in the future.
The first major awards show of the year is coming up! The People Choice Awards on Wednesday, January 5 on CBS at 9/8c. Taylor is up for Female Artists of the Year and Country Artist of the Year. The voting for those two categories is already closed. She will be attending, but so far no performance is scheduled. There will be an official online Red Carpet event. Expect some commentary via Twitter from me that night.
