Hello Taylor Nation!
Daniel Sadownick is The Agency’s conga man. Along with David Cook and Al Wilson, they stay in the background during the concert each of them behind their own turret of intruments. Daniel plays the congas by excellence, but also adds other elements of percussion. The battery of drums are still Al’s domain. The fact that Taylor would require a separate performer to handle the congas is evidence to her performance becoming more elaborate without losing the live element.
Before the Agency, Daniel had an album out called There Will Be A Day which you can purchase on iTunes, Amazon or cdbaby. With some bills finally paid, I decide to purchase it and have a listen. It’s intrumental. Before you click away, I’d say give it a listen and try something outside your comfort zone. Jazz can be nice to listen. He integrates a lot of latin and international flavor and you can appreciate how he is an artist in his own right.
You can read more about Daniel in his Agency Profile: Daniel Sadownick page. He’s engaged to Leslie Cawal and is currently touring with The Agency on Taylor Swift’s Speak Now Tour. They both frequently tweet Taylor fans.
