Here at the Swift Agency, one guy who’s still running round in circles about this coming Monday’s live webcast from the Sparkly Dressed, we’re trying to stay calm, cool and collected. It’s not working. So we thought we’d show you Liveset‘s full concert recording of The Civil Wars‘ full session from their performance at One Eyed Jacks in New Orleans on Friday, July 8.
The americana-folk duo comprised of Joy Williams and John Paul White have been on hiatus since their last performance at Bonnaroo for Joy’s maternity leave, according to Country Standard Time. Joy and her husband, Nate Yetton, welcomed their first child, Miles Alexander back on June 30. They have announced they’ll be using the time to work on songs for their next album. I wasn’t able to see the live online performance, so I’m happy to be able to watch the full show on YouTube. Let’s go to the video!
