More award news! People had the exclusive news on the CMT Awards nominations via Evan Farmer & Laura Bell Bundy. The final round of nominations has begun. Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood are all leading with three nominations each.
The Fearless One has been nominated for Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year for You Belong With Me (which I think it’s a coincidence since both awards do belong with her) and Collaborative Video of the Year along with Kellie Pickler for The Best Days Of Your Life.

It’s time to support Taylor Swift again! Vote,vote, vote! You will be able to vote now through June 8. The CMT Awards are on June 9. You will be able to vote that day via phone and text. The Associated Press reported the Fearless One is receiving the Hal David Starlight Award at the Songwriters Hall of Fame Awards on June 17 in New York City. Let me check the Calendar real quick. Hmm… yeah she doesn’t have nothing scheduled that day. Yet. We can pencil you in.
The Fearless One is putting an evening with her for auction according to Just So You Know. She’s offering two tickets for her concert in June 2 in Washington, D. C. including round trip tickets, a hotel stay and meets and greets. Also included, an autographed acoustic guitar. The auction benefits VH1’s Save the Music Foundation that supports school music programs.

And speaking of school music programs, one of the stars of the popular show about school music programs Glee, Cory Monteith, was a guest at the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
