I saw Hillary, Charles and Dave at the Cavendish Beach Music Festival. Their rendition of Need You Now with Dave Haywood playing a full scale piano under the rainstorm that hit the event that night was unforgettable. I was hoping I’d get to hear my current favorite, Hello World, played live but I’ll have to wait to see them in a full concert.
Lady Antebellum has had great crossover success in the pop charts with their hit Need You Now, so they’re re-releasing their single hit, I Run To You to pop radio stations. They’ve also made a new video for it. I’m really happy to report the song remains unchanged from its country format. Let’s go to the video!

Coming up in August 9, are the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles. Taylor Swift is nominated for Choice Music Female Artist and Choice Music Female Country Artist. Valentine’s Day is nominated for Choice Movie Romantic Comedy. Please VOTE! Or the guitar comes out… and this time I will do much worse than hitting you over the head with it. I will play it.
