Let’s be honest. You knew I was going to use this title sooner or later 🙂
From all of us at the Swift Agency, the entire staff of one person and the Ninja Department that is as usual nowhere to be found, we want to wish you and all your loved ones a merry Christmas and a happy holiday season.
The picture is part of American Greetings‘ Taylor Swift’s Christmas cards. You can see more samples at Disney Dreaming.
Please don’t believe I’m getting on my high white horse here. I’m not going to ask you to devote your life to charity work, and I’m not trying to lessen the lives of the people that do that. I am just saying, if you have the inclination see if you can make somebody else’s Christmas this year.
Something as small as opening the door for someone or looking after your little brother for five minutes on behalf of your mom does help. You want to go a bit further, please do. Donate time or money, always for a great cause. If you are unsure which cause to donate either or both to, try your local chapter of the red cross. But if you have neither the time nor the money a small gesture to someone close to you is the very least we can do.
No matter what happens in life, be good to people. Being good to people is a wonderful legacy to leave behind.
