Taylor to appear at Teen Awards in London, England

Contrary to what you might have heard, Taylor Swift is not a flight risk with a fear of falling.

That’s the Sparkly Dressed making the cover of Fashion Magazine for Winter 2010. Once again, I have to thank another cool Swiftie for the heads up. Thanks, Lucie 🙂 Actually we’re only one person here, and a very thankful one for all the tips I get from fellow Swifties around the world.

The Outspoken One is due to appear tonight at the BMI Awards and tomorrow at the CMA Awards but she’s already got plans to take flight just again. She will be racking up the airmiles and landing on her beloved Fundon for the BBC Radio 1’s Teen Awards. The format is different, to the point that only the nominees are contacted and aware that they are nominated and the winners are announced during the show. Taylor Swift is scheduled to perform, as well as her friend Katy Perry. The show will be hosted by BBC radio personalities Fearne Cotton and Nick Grimshaw. The awards ceremony takes place Sunday, November 14.  Sorry, it’s sold out already. The live performances, a look into the green room and online chats will be made available at bbc.co.uk/radio1. Skavlan is a Swedish-Norwegian talk show hosted by Norwegian journalist Fredrik Skavlan. According to another cool Swifite, Taylor Swift will be making her appearance on December 2nd when the show is taped in Stockholm. Thanks, Fredrika 🙂

Update: I’ve been told Taylor’s appearance in Skavlan was canceled. Sorry to bring you guys good news and then take them away. Thanks to Cecille for the information.

Coming up! Straight from the Calendar:

• November 10: The 44th Annual CMA Awards ceremony takes place live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN. The event airs on ABC at 8/7c. Taylor Swift is nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year. She also is scheduled to perform.
• November 11: The CMA Country Christmas is taped. Sorry, Taylor will not participate in this one.
• November 14: Taylor is scheduled to appear and perform at the BBC Radio 1’s Teen Awards.
