Taylor’s Tiny Desk Concert on NPR

I know we make the rules here but please get your feet off the couch, Swiftie Nation.

Here at the Swift Agency, just a guy who stopped having breakfast to listen to this, we love when the Blonde With The Guitar That Looks Like Dark Chocolate goes acoustic. She was on NPR’s Tiny Desk which means no big production, just the Sparkly Dressed doing what she does best: music from the heart. “I just decided to take this as an opportunity to show you guys how the songs sounded when I first wrote them,” she said. Here are “The Man”, “Lover”, “Death By A Thousand Cuts” and “All Too Well” live and acoustic.

She didn’t expect “All Too Well” to blow up like it did… That’s adorable. How can you write a song that includes a line such as You call me up again to break me like a promise, a line that she basically shouts out loud, and not expect that song to become a break up anthem.

Coming up in the Calendar!

  • October 19: Taylor Swift performs at We Can Survive 2019 at the Hollywood Bowl.
  • November 10: E! People’s Choice Awards. Taylor Swift is nominated for four awards.
